So im opening up a new server soonish and i was just wondering a few things i see lots of server banning items now i want my tekkit server to be hardly anything banned BUT i'd like to know whats useful to have banned i.e things that are bugged if someone could tell me or point me somewhere that does tell me also whats the best version to open a server up on i was going to host one on 1.0.4 thanks
