Platform keeps reseting

Whenever I open the launcher, I don't see my modpacks or one's I've installed. I only see Tekkit, Tekkit Lite, Hexxit, TPPI, Vanilla, Blightfall and Attack of the B-Team, and they all say I have not downloaded them. The worlds and stats are still there, but the packs themselves are invisible or something. I've also tried to Add a pack of my own into the launcher so I put it into the .technic folder under modpacks, and it didn't show up either!
