The pipes don't work properly

Description of Problem:

When i have Stone transport pipes with Iron Pipes, with a block above it, ( in my case, cobblestone) and on top of that redstone that is activated, the iron pipes don't work properly. Like when an item goes from an iron pipe into a stone pipe, it doesn't go in, but it goes to the other way. And the items going through the iron pipes, are going to the input, not to the output when there is redstone above it. I hope you can understand me, my english isn't that good.

Use a BuildCraft wrench (made with an iron gear iirc) to change the direction of the iron pipe.
