[Help] Tekkit Development Build Help!?

Ok, so recently, I purchased a 100 slot 2GB RAM server from this host right here:

When I try to join my server with these setting on (DEFAULT):

I can't connect to my server, but when I join with these setting on:

I can Connect! Please tell me what I am doing wrong, does it have to do with the tekkit.jar in my server folder, I'm sorry if I explained it wrong or put this is the wrong topic, I'm new to this kind of stuff, please help!
