Block breaking machines doesnt work

Hello, Im playing tekkit on my server and i have a problem

My block breaking machines cant break the blocks

I have tried to manually /op fakeplayers like /op [buildCraft] and etc. but it seems to not work.

Also i have upgraded my WorldGuard to a Tekkit version, but without changes.

I am sure my machines are powered properly, they just wont break the blocks.
