Could only play Vanilla/Crashing @ Mojang

Description of Problem:

Since the update, my world got destroyed (which I now know is because previous worlds are now not compatible). So I deleted the technic launcher completely and said to the client update, manually chose to play 7.0.1 in the launcher options and could only play vanilla. I thought this could have been to do with the client update which I declined, so I relaunched the launched, updated the client and now it crashes after the Mojang screen with the error report that I have pasted below.
