Title: Slot 188 argument

Version: 3.1.1

OS: Windows XP (x86) Version 5.1

Java Version: 1.7.0_04, Oracle Corporation

Description of Problem:

When I try to log on to Tekkit, I get this error log after the Mojang screen. It mentions that there is a preexisting file in Slot 188 which is causing an illegal argument. I don't know how much of the log is relevant, but here it is.

Error Messages:

Minecraft has stopped running because it encountered a problem.

That is sorta the only solution that can be offered.

The regular fix won't work, seeing as everyone needs the same block ids.

Unless someone more experienced can offer up why this happened in the first place.
