Whenever I start the Technic Launcher, it just says java directory not found. Help please!

Launcher Version: It says 1.0.1.0

Operating System: Windows 7

Java Version: 7

Antivirus Program: Webroot

Description of Problem:

Whenever I start the Technic Launcher, it doesn't even load all the way, it just says "java directory not found". Help please!

go to %appdata% .Technic launcher press right click technic launcher then press open with java

i have java installed but i dont have that option
