Installer doesn't work

Question

Launcher Version: 3.1.1

Operating System: Windows 7

Java Version: Java Version 1.7.0_05 from Oracle Corporation

Antivirus Program: Norton

Description of Problem:

I installed the launcher, and as soon as it starts, an error message pops up that says "cannot find java directory"

Error Messages:

cannot find java directory
