Can't start Tekkit Server 3.1.2

When I run the launch file for the server, this comes up:

C:\Users\Jake\Desktop\Tekkit>java -Xmx1G -Xms1G -jar Tekkit.jar nogui

C:\Users\Jake\Desktop\Tekkit>pause

Press any key to continue . . .

I hit enter and nada, it just vanishes.

I have Java 7 update 5.

OS: Vista 32-Bit.

The Tekkit launcher itself seems to work fine... I'm not too good at this stuff so I really need the help guys. If you're wondering why the memory was reduced it's because my rig is shit and not many players will be on the server.
