Technic Modpack Launches Vanilla Minecraft

I have gone through three times and uploaded to dropbox, making sure I had proper forge installed, proper folders, config, mods, etc... It downloads the modpack, but launches vanilla minecraft. Here is the link to my modpack: http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/technorace

That dropbox link is erroring on me atm. Is it public?

Yes I have it under the public folder.

 

I can download the modpack perfectly fine, it just doesn't have the mods or anything

- wait oops... I deleted it from the dropbox.com

 

It was an intentional delete because it only uploaded vanilla minecraft

You didn't post any information on reuploading to dropbox and on updating the modpack link.

I have some news for you: your modpack doesn't load to vanilla any more, now you're crashing with a screen like this:

That's self explanatory.

If it's not let me explain:

"FML found a problem with your minecraft installation, the mods and version listed below could not be found: Forge 10.13.3.1384 because you're using 10.13.2.1284"

Solution: update Forge to a newer version, 1384 or newer.
