yes because the .exe as i stated in my question does not work for me because of that startup glitch where it doesnt open so i have to use the jar (java) file to open up the launcher... but there is no option to change graphics cards with jars and im trying to figure out if anyone knew anything to help me change it

I HAVE YOUR SOLUTION!!!!!

by right clicking on the .jar file and selecting "send to"- desktop(create shortcut)

you get a .jar file on the main desktop that can be run with a graphics processor!!!!

this solved my problem and i hope it helps you!!!
