Stops after verifying the version

Launcher Version: 3.1.2

Operating System: Win 7 64bit

Java Version: Version 7 update 5

Antivirus Program: Norton

Description of Problem:

Nothing happens after the version has been verified. I've tried to run the program as an admin, but nothing happens.

I just figured it out, first, run %appdata%, then click .techniclauncher.Open it from there

[Nilsus]
