multiplayer setup help

I have a  modpack that works but i want to pre add my server to the mudpack multiplayer. so that when someone downloads it my server is just in the multiplayer tab. my problem is i cannot figure out how to do it. would anyone please take the time to explain it?

Add your server to your minecraft instance. Close it. Grab the "servers.dat" file from there and add it to your zip file (assuming you're using a monolithic modpack aka one zip file).
