************** JIT Debugging **************

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

application or computer (machine.config) must have the

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.

The application must also be compiled with debugging

enabled.

For example:

<configuration>

<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />

</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Your Java run time is outdated (or you might have a 32bit version).

Your problem is that Java can't find the right install path.

To fix this, just install the most resent JRE. The right one for you is the last download on this page;

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre-7u2-download-1377135.html

It's the one that's labeled "Windows x64".

If that doesn't work, try launching directly from the technic jar.
