Description of Problem:

When using autosort (Middlemouse button) some of the items suddenly appear in your mouse location (IE: Battery from IC2 and Deving Rod from EE2). This also happens sometimes when you are using the search function in NEI. If you place the item in the hotbar and then sort then everything is OK but if you put in the main inventory slots this happens.

I have found a workaround for the RE Battery. If you charge it, it will sort. I know this is counter productive of sorting, as they don't stack when charged, but at least now you can have a small number already stocked, and still able to sort them.
