Description of Problem:

When I play tekkit (single player) and I open my inventory it only shows what I said in the title. Also NEI was automatically in cheatmode when I downloaded tekkit.

Don't do this. No one is answering you because of the lack of useful information in your OP. Where's your launcher log? Is your OS and your copy of Java 32- or 64-bit, and do they match?
