New Tekkit Forge Problem

Antivirus Program: Just normal windows

Description of Problem:

When i connect to my own tekkit server from the client it says "Must have Forge build #136+ (4096 fix) to connect to this server" (I have updated myserver and the client + reinstalled tekkit with removing it from %appdata%. i can still play singleplayer but all textures are gone.

The no textures problem was just fog -32 but still i want to connect to my own server
