I try to launch technic but at a certain point it says that the update has failed!

Description of Problem:

When Technic is launching it stops launching after a moment and says that the update has failed!

Error Messages:

Its because of the 1.3 update, it tries to download the 1.3 minecraft.jar which is incompatible with the modpack, all you can do is wait :(

so when the minecraft jar file downloads 3 times then get a update failed would this be the same thing
