Java Version: Java SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_05-b05) Java HotSpot 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.1-b03, mixed mode)

Description of Problem:

When trying to run the new 3.1.2 server it causes conflicts in the config files. other 2 i just reallocated the numbers in ic2.cfg. the error for WirelessRedstone.cfg i have to delete it and let the system recreate it. i cannot redo the 177 number or the config WILL NOT allow the server to start.

Error Messages:
