HELP! White Screen then Error Report. HELP!

Launcher Version: 3.1

Operating System: Windows 8 Pre-Release 64bit

Java Version: Java 7 Update 5

Antivirus Program: AVG

Description of Problem:

I have tried numerous troubleshooting methods such as; Uninstalling Java and reinstalling it, deleting the .technicpack from the Roaming folder, changing it to the development build, switching the pack from Technic, Tekkit, YogBox, and vanilla. nothing works. I've also disabled my anti-virus while trying it, but I honestly doubt that's the issue. I use AVG (please don't insult my personal preference on anti-virus software). I have NVidia Gforce 525m Series, the drivers are 100% up-to-date. I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP ME!

Click Start > Type 'Device Manager' > Click on display adapters > Right click on your video card > Click update.

Should work.

It didn't work my video card is 100% up-to-date. None of the packs inside the TechnincPack will work.
