Technic Launcher not updating Minecraft

Description of Problem:

I re-downloaded the Technic Launcher deleted my old Technic folder. I re-installed Minecraft using the Technic Launcher and was hoping my minecraft would update to 1.3.1. But it stayed at 1.2.5. How do I fix this problem or please point me in the right direction?

"A way to fix that is disable your anti virus program run as admin, then try".

And it works.

Nevermind it does not work, I am very frustrated right now on why my Minecraft is not updating to 1.3.1. Once again does anyone know a way?

No. The mod packs are still at 1.2.5, and will not be updated to run with MC 1.3.1 for quite some time yet.
