So my friend said you guys updated tekkit and he said to re download the launcher to get the latest tekkit virsion so i click on the new Technic launcher icon then it has a little bar that says checking later virsions it appears for a second then disappears then the launcher doesn't open my old launcher works but it never says anything about updating i need help.
