Description of Problem:

Right - Click Animal with Wheat does not make them fall in love and because of this you cannot breed animals.

This issue has existed since Tekkit 3.0.4 and we are running 3.1.2 - Tested on a both my public server with plugins and on a local server with nothing but a fresh install of Tekkit.

Are you sure it's not just the floating hearts missing? I've had no issues breeding animals, but the hearts don't appear.

Hmm, this does seem to be correct, they are breeding but just no visual feedback, I guess that still counts as bug.

This is a bug in Railcraft; fixed in Railcraft 5.4.0+:

FIX: Fixed a bug with the Crowbar that was causing entity interaction to terminate on the client in SMP. (No hearts, no milking, etc...)

Guess we need to wait for a hotfix then with that version added.
