Wont let me start server

Version: 3.1.1

OS: Windows XP 2007 Dell

Java Version: Newest

Description of Problem:

When i try to click the .bat to run my server i get a message

Error Messages:

My Java is 1.7.0_05 x86 Windows Xp

1. Your OS you stated here is not a real OS why you added 2007 DELL there is beyond logical.
   
2. Have you bothered to read this post as it was on the first page and is the same issue as you.
   
3. Common sense, common sense, common sense. Does your machine even have 2gb to launch the server with if not lower that value to something like 500M, Check this and then adjust the Launch.bat in notepad or something so that its not going to use all your ram.

Also, please tell me you're not going to try to run the client on the same machine.
