It won't let me download

Antivirus Program: none

Description of Problem:

I want to update so i can play with friends on the tekkit pack but it keeps saying ' download failed' i have tried it about several times i have closed the program and done it again, i've also tried removing it and re-installing it but nothing has been working please help!

Use the .jar instead. And stop using latest in descriptions.
