Launcher Failing.... Technic Launcher Logo stays on Screen.

Description of Problem:

I attempt to open launcher and the Technic Launcher logo thingy stays on my screen and does not open the launcher. Its bothering me wanted to play Technic all week! Also I cannot log into Minecraft vannilla Servers if that helps with a solution. Please Help if you can

So, you failed to fill out what's probably the most important part of your bug report for this error, the antivirus. What is it? You also put Latest in a couple places, which drives anyone trying to troubleshoot for you nuts.

Yeah, I'd try disabling that during startup and to download any mod pack, at the very least. It's known to cause problems with the launcher.
