Download fails for minecraft_1.2.45-1.3.1patch at random place

Java Version: 7u5 64bit

Antivirus Program: Avast!

Description of Problem:

I keep trying to update tekkit, but as soon as I get to the 1.3.1-1.2.5patch it will download a random amount but it will stop, then where it would download it says, Download Failed, then tries again, and always fails. I tried turning off all my antivirus, didn't work, before Minecraft 1.3.1 during 1.2.5 everything downloaded fine, No problems.I deleted both .minecraft and .techniclauncher folders, and downloaded completely new versions of them both, no effect, same error.

I tried minectaft with 1.2.5 and 1.3.1 jars, to see if it effected the launcher in anyway, no use.

I tried using more then just tekkit, and still always get caught with it failing on the patch.

If the program runs to long while trying to do this I get a message saying "Update Failed"

I even swtiched Antivirus ti Avast! And it did nto help.

I now only have Java 7u5 for 64bit

I made a new thread because I have a lot of new information and things I did that were supposed to help
