Can't find java directory

Launcher Version: unknown .jar?

Operating System: Windows seven

Java Version: Java SRE 7u5

Antivirus Program: Anti maleware bites and Macafee

Description of Problem:

Every time i click the launcher exe from my downloads it says cannot find java directory. Also when I click the launcher in the %appdata% .techniclauncher folder the Tekkit Launcher bar pops up on the middle of the screen but nothing happens. I have tried reinstalling Java and minecraft several times to no avail.
