Operating System: Windows 7, 64-bit, Not sure what else to put here really...

Description of Problem:
Here is the problem, I installed the Technic launcher, had it working for a week only playing on the Technic pack, then 3 days ago, I loaded up the Technic launcher, pressed log in, and it just loaded to 16% minecraft.jar on the Technic SSP, then I clicked to try again and it stopped at 22%... then I reloaded the launcher and it kept doing the same thing over and over at different percentages each time (stopping), so I thought maybe it was something to do with my minecraft.jar file, so I loaded my normal minecraft and pressed "force update" on it, and it done it so the minecraft.jar is fine now, but then I loaded the Technic launcher again and it did the same thing as last time... So I completely uninstalled the Technic launcher and deleted everything to do with Technic, except I put my worlds on the desktop so i can still load them later, then after I did that I installed the Technic launcher completely fresh from the site.. and it did the exact same thing again, I really do not understand how to fix this I was really getting addicted to playing, then it is taken away from me
P.S. It also does the same thing for all the other modes on the Technic launcher (Tekkit, Yogbox, VoxelBox, Vanilla etc...
So... Does anyone have any suggestions/ solutions?
