Technic Launcher Problem

Description of Problem:

I just installed the launcher today, however when i tried to open it, It paused at the Technic Launcher logo and will not go past it. I have tried multiple times to reinstall the launcher and java. Please help!!!!

All I see when people post "bug reports" like this is, "I didn't bother to read the stickies because I'm lazy! Please help! Look at how poorly I filled out the bug report form! Aren't I clever?!"
