mod_NetherOres.jar crashes server starting up and other conflicts

Title: mod_NetherOres.jar crashes server starting up and other conflicts

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Mac OS X Lion

Java Version: 6/7 (not sure)

Description of Problem:

when you first download the server folder, the file mod_NetherOres.jar seems to crash the terminal startup thing.When i remove the mod_NetherOres.jar file its fine but i seem to get a load of [conflict]... and [warning]... on startup. is this something to do with my other post? (http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/not-all-items-load.19559/). Is it the right thing to do when i remove the mod_NetherOres.jar file? please help.

 i always get this one. is this a problem?

The CONFLICT items are normal, and those WARNING items you're getting are normal for a server's first startup. The Nether Ores issue can be fixed by making sure you're correctly using Java 7 to run the server.
