Friend can't reach server ( hamachi)

Hay Guys,

I've started my own server, but a friend couldn't join because he got the info : Can't reach Server

I'm using Hamachi, and I've allready checked mine and his Ports too.

Someone has an Idea ?

Are you getting a relayed tunnel or direct tunnel, i hade this problem on the server i host for friends but only when they were on a relayed tunnel it need to be direct
