Title: Transmutation Table Target Not Working

Description of Problem:

When using the Transmutation Tablet I noticed that either the tablet does not learn the items correctly or when I place a high emc value item into the fire and then try and target the item I want nothing happens. Nothing changes, I've tried destroying the tablet and replacing and even backing out and trying again. Nothing seems to work?

Edit: Using latest Dev build of Tekkit.

Update. I cannot put fuel into the fire of the transmutation circle. Cannot even put alchemical coal into there. It doesen't even register the emc. It doesen't take from my inventory.

Went into singleplayer and there is no issue at all.

Had a friend do it as well on the server and it was the same issue. Could there be a mod preventing the table from working?

Everything else in the EE mod appears to be working.
