Multiplayer 3.1.2 | 2.1.5 missing every single mod

When I try to join a server after the most recent update, I get the error of "The server requires you to have the following mods:" and a long list of 30 something mods.

Before the update it was fine, I could join servers and everything, now it only says I have 3 mods loaded (Optifine, FML (very fitting), and Minecraft Forge). I've cleared the cache, updated multiple times, deleted .techniclauncher, deleted .minecraft, and it doesn't work for any of my friends who try to join their server.
