Title: Massive consistent visual stall, lag, stuttering, no obvious reason.

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Win7 Premium

Java Version: JavaFX 2.1.1

Description of Problem:

Screen freezes every few moments, seems to be dependent on movement. I've never experienced this before, and there is no spill / resource intensive chunk / object that is being loaded that should cause this. Every time I move 10 blocks or so my entire game freezes for 5-10 seconds, then stutters back to life. This happens anywhere I go. There is no question my computer can handle this game on the settings I have, although the graphics, performance, visual distance, and any other setting seems to have absolutely no effect on this problem. It keeps happening the same way no matter what settings I'm using or texture pack.

The only things nearby are a good amount of panels, a dozen crystal chests, and a few vanilla-esque builds. There are also a few machines and a very very small solar power station.

My system handles much more intense loads in SSP flawlessly. It's also not a problem of server lag, I can absolutely assure you.

Thank you for your time,

-Sd

Crystal chests have been determined to cause massive lag issues, particularly when dealing with certain items. Nikolite has been mentioned. I would strongly suggest replacing them with diamond ones, as inconvenient or aesthetically displeasing as that may be.
