Yo. I fixed it. I simply installed Java 7 Update 2.

Please note, J7U2 is NOT THE LATEST VERSION. However it seems to make everything work just fine.

In order to run a server I MUST use J7U5, but to run the launcher I MUST use J7U2.

You guys should tell more people this. It will probably cut down on the amount of questions asked.
