Description of Problem:

I own a tekkie server and players can't use electric jetpacks and quantum leggings. There are not error messages in the console so any kind of help is greatly appreciated.

By can't use, do you mean can't equip, can only use normal mode (hover mode not working), or what?

Tekkit* and players can equip the item, just not use it. The non-electric jetpack works though.

Were they cheated in? I saw electric jetpacks not working in another thread, where the charge indicator reported usable levels but the jetpack was in fact without one. Try charging it.

Yes, players have made them legitimately but to no avail do they work.
