Quarry not working in MultiPlayer

Title: Quarry not working in MultiPlayer

Version: 3.1.2

OS: 64 Bit w/ duel core processor and 8 gb of Ram

Java Version: Java 7

Description of Problem:

I made a quarry in Tekkit MultiPlayer and it didn't start up. I did set the Markers and right clicked it to activate them, then I put the quarry next to one of the markers and the I put Steam Engines next to the quarry and put coal in there and started it with a Lever, the Steam Engines started up but the quarry didn't start to form. Please Help
