Computer Crash when chunk loading.

Question

Title: Computer Crash when chunk loading.

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows Vista 64 bit

Java Version: 7 update #(whatever it is, point is, I have most recent java version)

Description of Problem:

The problem is very weird and confusing so I'm going to try to be as detailed as possible. I joined my first tekkit server recently and I had a problem where at random times when loading certain chunks of the map the game would freeze and my computer would shortly thereafter crash, but in all cases of this after the game has frozen(as well as my comp) but before my comp has crashed I can still use my push-to-talk keys to chat with teamspeak, then I get the whole blue screen of death thing. (time between freeze and crash is about 10 secs)

Later on, on the server I mainly played on it turned into everytime i logged in and started loading the world around me the game would freeze and my computer would crash, I joined other tekkit servers and I had the original problem of the random freeze and crash when loading chunks.

Well i have already tried a number of solutions including re-installing tekkit, updating java, checking temperature of the components of my computer using speedfan. I updated my driver software, updated DirectX using this link http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35, scanning for viruses or malware using malewarebytes and Norton, and downloaded bluescreenview to find details on whats going on (image below). And it's not corrupted chunks. I allocate 4 GB of ram, but the error happens no matter how much or little i allocate. In game render distance is short. Never had this problem before except for a while ago with BF3 but that was fixed with repair tool.

Anyone got any ideas?

And as of right now this doesn't happen on single player.
