Did you just put in a random string of numbers for that launcher version? Anyway, get a new launcher, delete your mod pack (or the entire .techniclauncher folder), and reinstall. Make sure you back up whatever you want to save, though if you updated to 7.2.x from anything lower than 7.2, your world's not going to be compatible anyway.
