Can't access the file??

Operating System: Dell windows seven

Java Version: Verry newest(Just downloaded)

Antivirus Program: Microsoft Windows Security

Description of Problem:

This message occures:(Error log might not be right one)

Unhandled exeption has occurred in you application.If you click Continue,the App.Will Ignore this error and attempt to continue.If you click Quit,This application will close IMMIDIANTLY.

The Process cannot access the file.

'C:/Useres/steve/AppData/Roaming/.techniclauncher/Technic-Launcher.jar' because it is being used by another process.

Quit the application if you haven't already, go into your Task Manager, and make sure there are not copies of Java.exe or similar running. Occasionally it doesn't close nicely.
