Description of Problem:

i Put a Philosopher's stone in the crafting table and put Cobblestone in the rest of the squares but it should make redstone ore but its not! Please Help me it does not work for other recipes either!

YES!!!!! also, on servers, if u right click with the philosophers stone on cobblestone, it does not turn into stone. AND, i saw on a youtube video someone pulled up, using the philosophers stone, a interface that had the same purpose as the transmutation tablet. how do u do this? is it in an earlier update? and if it isnt, what is the control NAME! because i changed nearly all of my controls

That is a much older version of EE you were looking at. The recipes are now much more limited, and will only transmute charcoal <-> coal <-> alch. coal <-> mobius fuel <-> aeternalis fuel, and iron <-> gold <-> diamond. That's it. The rest is covered by the transmutation table/tablet.

As far as the philosopher's stone thing, I believe it's now possible to block its transmutation properties on a server. You can use it as a portable crafting table by pushing C while holding it, though.
