Error on hitting "Run"

Description of Problem:

After i hit the "run" button to start downloading and error message immediatly comes up

Error Messages:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).

Error Log:

Install the .NET Framework, versions 2 and 3.5 at least. Then get rid of AVG - the thing's practically useless, and it likes to interfere with the launcher's operation.
