When i open launcher, it comes up with a warning saying "cant find java directory"

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3

Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit. Toshiba notebook.

Java Version: 7 i think

Antivirus Program:

Description of Problem:

When i double clickon the launcher to launch, it comes up with a warning saying " cant find java directory " then it closes.
