Ok i was Watching a video and i noticed something the person Loaded mod count was 51 and mine was only 41 and one time went to 42. Am i doing something wrong? I am thinking He added Some mods Himself am i correct?

i was trying to post this in Tekkit Questions But didn't know how, sorry If this is the wrong place i wont mind moving it if i have to.
