When trying to download installer crashes and just goes! HELP!

Antivirus Program: Mcafee

Description of Problem:

When trying to download installer crashes and just goes! HELP!

Error Messages:

none

Error Log:

There is none it does not get that far dowloading the technic file

Disable McAfee long enough to finish the download and install.

I tried it and it did not work. I then uninstalled McAfee then tried it and it still just crashes and does nothing.
