My louncher wont work

Launcher Version: latest

Operating System: 32 bits windows

Java Version: latest 7 update

Antivirus Program: telia, a swedish anti virus program. But it's nothing wrong with dat i tried 2 fix it with firewall and virus protection off.

Description of Problem:

Hi i recently downloaded the Techniclouncher and i wont work. I press run and the only thing that pops up is the logo of the game like something is loading and wont start.

This is what i have done;

Reinstalled the java platform to the latest

Searched every youtube clip there is for this problem and tried every stupid sollution

Looked up my windows program, i'm using the 32 bits and it still dont work.

Downloaded the jar file and tried 2 run dat.

Also made sure i ran the program with Java

But the only thing that popped up was the Logo of the louncher and then it just stops and freezes so i must cancel the logo bu going into the *kontrollpanelen as we say in sweden* and cancel the program manually.

Some help would be nice, thanks guys.
