Builder doesn't work

Title: Builder doesn't work

OS: windows 7 professional

Java Version: latest

Description of Problem:

I tried to get the builder working in both multiplayer and singleplayer, but it doesnt seems to be working. Is anyone else with this problem? or is this known?

It doesn't work in singleplayer either. We allready did /op [buildcraft]

But that wouldn't be the case in single player.

the filler and quarry works just fine though.
