Trying to Make a Server

I'm trying to make a server using Multicraft for myself and a few friends, but I can't find any good tutorials. I'm using Tekkit Classic 3.1.2 server files.

Theres a button the main tekkit site that says "SERVER DOWNLOAD" just download that server to your Downloads folder at C:\Users\YOU\Downloads unzip the folder and click Launch. you should see a CMD box pop up and start spazzing out it will take about 5 minutes until its up and running
